Frequently Asked Questions

When do I have to pay?
You can generate QR codes and send tickets by email before paying. Payment is only needed when you are ready to check in more than the 10 demo/testing attendees included with each event. This lets you prepare tickets while your company approves the payment. Demo credits do not roll into paid purchases: if you pay for 50 attendees, you get 50 check-ins total, not 60.
Can I add more check-in credits to a project I already paid for?
Yes! If you need more check-ins later, you can simply top-up your event. Just use the calculator above to enter the number of additional attendees you expect, and proceed with payment. The new credits will be added to your project immediately.
Do I have to pay a monthly subscription?
No. We only charge per event (per document). If your event has multiple sessions over a few days, it is still considered a single event and you only pay once.
How do ticket bundles work?
If you organize events regularly, buying a single event pass every time is inefficient. You can buy a ticket bundle which gives you a pool of credits. These credits can be shared across multiple Google Forms and Sheets.
Can I use WhatsApp to send tickets?
Yes! However, sending messages via WhatsApp incurs separate costs from Meta. To use WhatsApp delivery, you will need to purchase a separate WhatsApp credit bundle.
Can I add multiple check-in agents?
Absolutely. You can add as many check-in agent accounts (volunteers, staff) as you need, at no extra cost.
How long is my data kept?
The data in your paid project remains accessible for at least 1 year after payment, or 3 months after the check-ins occur (whichever comes last). Please note that tickets cannot be reused for a completely different event later.
