A bundle gives you a pool of check-in credits. Every time an attendee is added to a paid event, one credit is consumed. These credits can be shared across multiple Google Forms and Sheets connected to your account.
How long are bundle credits valid?
Your bundle credits remain valid for 2 years after the date of payment.
Can I use my bundle for different projects?
Yes! Once you purchase a bundle, you can use those credits in any Google Form or Google Sheet where you have installed our add-on and logged in with the same email address.
What if I need someone else to pay?
You can simply copy the payment link (or the URL of this page once you've clicked through from the add-on) and send it to your friend, colleague, or accounting department. Even if they use a different email address to pay, the credits will be automatically applied to your account.
Are WhatsApp credits separate?
Yes. Generating standard tickets and sending them via email is included in the base check-in credit cost. Sending tickets directly to WhatsApp requires purchasing a separate WhatsApp message bundle to cover the messaging costs charged by Meta.
